Shipping Policy:
- Free standard shipping on online orders of $99.00 or more within the contiguous United States.(excludes Sales and Clearance items, and Burromax products).
- *Order value must equal $99.00 or more before applicable taxes and shipping charges to qualify for free shipping.
- Offer valid only on orders placed online at trustedgearco.com.
- Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses excluded.
- Offer not valid on return shipments, special orders, prior purchases, or gift card purchases.
- Offer is limited to stock on hand, is nontransferable, and is not redeemable for cash or credit value.
- Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.
(If your order qualifies for Free Shipping it will be sent using USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or another comparable service in the 48 contiguous United States. Any International, Military, Alaska and Hawaii addresses are not eligible for Free Shipping.)
Order Cancellations:
If you have placed an order that has not been processed and shipped you may be able to cancel without going through the returns process. Contact us immediately if you would like to cancel an order, and we will do everything we can to stop order processing.
