RETURNS:


Items must be returned within 30-days from the date of purchase. The return items must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition with the tags still attached, and must be free of pet hair and other foreign debris, otherwise your return will incur a minimum restock fee of 25%, or could be denied and discarded without a refund.



 

TGC requires a receipt to accompany your return.  If an item is returned and all requirements are met, we will process one of the following within 2-3 business days (bank and card processing times vary):

  • Refund to the original payment card
  • Non-transferable store credit
  • Another form that TGC determines in good faith appropriate for the circumstance.

How to Submit a return request:

Log in to your account and request a return using the following steps:

  1. Click the profile icon in the store's navigation or click HERE.
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click Request return.


If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Please have your order number and details about the product you would like to return available. We will respond as quickly as possible with instructions on how to return items from your order.

PLEASE NOTE:
If any of the above requirements/conditions are not met, We reserve the right to charge a restock fee, refuse the return or refund, or to impose different or additional conditions.


ELIGIBILITY:

The following items are NOT eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Tools and Accessories (exceptions made for warranties - refunded upon receipt of goods and approval by TGC and our vendors)
  • Sales & Clearance Items
  • Discounted Items
  • Personalized Items
  • Burromax Mini-Bikes and Accessories
  • Hearing Protection
  • Eyewear

RETURN LABELS:

If you need to return an item, please email us at: info@trustedgearco.com and we will be happy to respond with a return label for qualifying orders. Once your return request is complete, you will be able to print a return shipping label for a flat rate of $9.50 which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return labels will NOT be provided for the following orders:

  • Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii
  • Orders that include Discounted items, Sales & Clearance items, Personalized items
  • Orders with unforeseen special limitations
  • Orders for tools and accessories.

**Original and additional return shipping costs are non-refundable unless determined otherwise by customer service.

Customers in HI, AK, US territories, and abroad will need to use their own shipping carrier in some cases.

If you return the package on your own, please retain the tracking number for your records. Trusted Gear Company is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or undelivered shipments.

EXCHANGES:

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges.  A return and new order will need to be processed.
